💼 About This Role

You'll install, program, and troubleshoot BMS/controls systems for a leading managed facility services company. Your work will directly impact building performance and energy efficiency across data centers and commercial facilities. You'll own system performance end-to-end and travel up to 50% to customer sites nationwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Service and troubleshoot existing building control systems
• Install BMS components like controllers, sensors, and panels
• Perform point-to-point checkout and system commissioning
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet project deadlines

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on BMS experience with Tridium Niagara/Distech
• Proficiency in open protocols like BACnet and Modbus
• Ability to read schematics including network topologies and electrical one-lines
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass security screening

✨ Nice to Have

• PLC/SCADA Ignition experience
• Knowledge of CAD and construction drawings
• Familiarity with higher voltage (120-480V) systems
