You'll join a team responsible for support resolution and automation of repeat issues for a global financial platform. You will work directly with Java, Linux, and SQL while building out the SRE strategy and mentoring junior team members. This role offers the opportunity to influence product roadmap and work with cutting-edge technologies in a high-stakes environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and drive support resolution with senior clients and engineering teams
• Serve as escalation point for L1 helpdesk support issues
• Develop and mature SRE strategy for scalability and reliability
• Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk

📋 Requirements

• Experience with SDLC and DevOps methodologies
• Good Linux scripting/development skills in Java or Python
• Knowledge of job scheduling systems like Autosys or CRON
• Experience with relational databases such as MS-SQL or Oracle

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting 10000+ servers environment
• ITIL and ITSM experience
• Prior experience with financial institutions
