🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and qualify Chinese game developers as IP licensees
• Build and maintain a pipeline of developer relationships
• Structure licensing deals including MG and royalty terms
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records and provide market reports

📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years of business development in gaming industry
• Track record of closing deals with game developers
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and business-level English
• Strong commercial negotiation skills for MG and royalty deals

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with IP licensing or branded content
• Familiarity with mobile-first game ecosystems
