Description

You will lead a cross-functional team as a Product Manager, owning the delivery of features for investment and pension products. You'll receive mentorship from senior team members while executing the roadmap, coordinating with engineering, design, and compliance, and using data to drive decisions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in fast-paced environment (Product, Tech, or Consulting).
• Use AI to enhance product discovery and delivery.
• Owner's mindset with proactive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team (Engineering and Design) daily stand-ups, grooming, and sprint planning.
• Own execution of team's roadmap from discovery through launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Translate tribe strategy into actionable quarterly plans with mentors.
• Draft high-quality product artifacts like User Stories, PRDs, and user journeys.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable requirements.
