💼 About This Role

You'll join SPAN's Sales Operations team to drive efficiency across order management, channel programs, and partner onboarding. You'll process orders, coordinate marketing events, and support rebate programs. Your work will directly impact the growth of clean energy adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process incoming orders and manage changes through delivery
• Track marketing fund usage and support quarterly rebate processing
• Plan and execute partner-facing events, managing logistics and RSVPs
• Provide access and troubleshooting support for installer Tech Portal

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Channel Programs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Familiarity with Mixmax or marketing automation tools
• Experience supporting channel partners or installer networks
