💼 About This Role

You'll drive end-to-end supplier development for silicon, wafers, and packaging for Starlink User Terminal. You'll own strategic supplier selection, qualification, and production ramp to enable high-volume manufacturing of custom silicon. This role offers significant technical influence across engineering and supply chain teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end supplier development for silicon, wafer, and packaging portfolio
• Engage early with suppliers on selection, equipment, and process engineering
• Provide technology guidance on front-end process nodes and back-end packaging
• Lead new product introduction, qualification, and production ramp activities
• Drive supplier performance improvement using Lean and systematic problem solving

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, materials science, or related field
• 1+ years of industry experience in silicon engineering

• Strong technical background across full silicon lifecycle
• Deep experience in front-end wafer fabrication processes
• Hands-on silicon test experience with ATE and DFT
