You'll build strong relationships, drive retention and growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of mid-market or enterprise account management
  • Excellent program management skills
  • Trusted advisor able to prioritize initiatives and challenge customers
  • Organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, email marketing platforms, and E-Commerce platforms

Responsibilities
