You'll build strong relationships, drive retention and growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mid-market or enterprise account management
- Excellent program management skills
- Trusted advisor able to prioritize initiatives and challenge customers
- Organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, email marketing platforms, and E-Commerce platforms
Responsibilities
- Create customized customer success plans based on goals and challenges
