💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end product design for a destination marketing platform, collaborating closely with PM and engineering. You'll shape product direction, talk to customers, and use AI to prototype and synthesize insights quickly. This role offers strong autonomy and impact in a remote-first travel tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design for your product area from discovery to shipped product.
• Work as embedded partner with PM and engineering shaping direction early.
• Conduct regular customer interviews and bring insights into design process.
• Use AI tools to synthesize research, generate concepts, and prototype quickly.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading design for a major product area balancing user needs and business goals.
• Strong foundations in UX, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking and clear design rationale across end-to-end projects.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where it doesn't exist.

✨ Nice to Have

• B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or Figma Make.
• Experience closing the gap between design and final product.
