You'll be the face of our office, greeting guests and managing the external guest log. You'll coordinate with the CEO's EA and security to ensure all visitors are expected and welcomed. This role is central to creating a seamless front-of-house experience in a fast-paced startup environment where no task is too big or small.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the front desk experience greeting all visitors
• Manage the external guest log daily
• Coordinate guest access with on-site security
• Monitor communication channels for front-desk inquiries

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• Experience in tech company or startup environment
• Excellent communication skills with executives and vendors
• Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change
