You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers navigating their AI transformation journey, bringing deep expertise in artificial intelligence and customer experience strategy. You'll identify high-impact AI use cases and lead discovery workshops to surface opportunities. This customer-facing role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with customers to understand business challenges and technology landscape
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases for CX and operational efficiency
• Lead discovery workshops and consultative engagements
• Develop roadmaps aligning AI initiatives with business objectives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, or advisory role in enterprise technology
• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies including LLMs and conversational AI
• Demonstrated ability to articulate business value from technology investments
• Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with enterprise customers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple verticals (financial services, retail, healthcare, telecoms)
• Familiarity with contact centre operations or customer service environments
