🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage move-in/out flow including inspections and deposits
• Operate Appfolio for data management and maintenance requests
• Assign work orders and supervise property repairs
• Communicate with landlords and vendors to advance maintenance
• Resolve tenant complaints and maintain relationships

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years property management experience with multiple buildings
• Appfolio proficiency for operations and accounting
• Ability to visit multiple sites for inspections and tenant communication
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
