Description
You will own the execution, coordination, and visibility of regulatory activities across products and manufacturing sites, ensuring certifications and approvals are delivered on time. This role enables regulatory engineers to focus on technical decision-making while reducing risk to product launches and manufacturing continuity.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in regulatory operations, compliance execution, or technical program management in a regulated environment.
- Experience coordinating work across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, business, or related field.
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills across multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency with tracking, documentation, and reporting tools; dashboard building a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own planning, coordination, and execution of regulatory activities including certifications, approvals, and field inspection workflows.
- Develop and manage regulatory schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Serve as primary intake and coordination point for engineering, manufacturing, supplier, and material changes requiring regulatory review.
- Coordinate regulatory impact assessments with engineers and technical leads, ensuring outcomes and actions are documented.
- Track regulatory risks, conditions, renewals, and commitments; proactively escalate execution or schedule risks to leadership.
