You'll provide rehabilitative care in a home health setting, helping patients with ambulation, gait training, and exercise programs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess patients for muscle strength, mobility, gait, and ROM.
• Provide direct physical therapy treatments per plan of care.
• Instruct patients and families in use of therapeutic appliances.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistant as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in physical therapy.
• Current Ohio PT license or applied.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
