You'll own and maintain customer-facing product documentation for an AI-native customer experience platform, translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable content. You'll collaborate across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to scale documentation for a fast-growing Series C startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain product documentation including help articles and release notes
• Translate complex AI concepts into simple, actionable documentation
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams across time zones
• Use AI tools to improve documentation velocity and consistency

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical writing experience for AI-first products
• Strong ability to understand technical systems
• Excellent written communication and editing skills
• Experience using AI tools (Claude) to increase productivity

• Experience documenting B2B SaaS products
• Experience with help center platforms like Zendesk Guide or Intercom
• Experience with instruction design
