Description

You will assist in building financial plans, analyze business performance, manage store allocations and replenishment, and support new product launches. You'll work cross-functionally with merchants, design, and operations teams to drive revenue and margin growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3-5+ years experience in Merchandise Planning or Allocation
• Proficient in Excel with large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Build pre-season and in-season financial plans by SKU, category, and collection
• Own weekly and monthly reporting process
• Analyze business performance and present findings to stakeholders
• Manage store allocation and in-season replenishment
• Monitor inventory health and recommend markdown strategy
