You'll design and build data pipelines for processing high-throughput proteomic data at a cutting-edge biotech company. Your core impact is enabling scientists to extract insights from nELISA profiling and QC data on-demand. This role uniquely combines data engineering, algorithm development, and collaboration with wet lab scientists.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and automate data pipelines for raw flow cytometry data
• Analyze nELISA experimental data and troubleshoot with R&D teams
• Develop data analysis pipelines and internal tools for scientists
• Collaborate with engineering and lab teams on data infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• Graduate degree in bioengineering or related quantitative field
• 3+ years analyzing bioscience data and developing algorithms
• 2+ years software engineering experience building tools for non-programmers
• Statistical skills including Bayesian statistics and mixed models

• Understanding of life science tools like immunoassays or DNA nanoarchitecture
• Experience optimizing surface chemistry or DNA biosensor designs
