• Lead a team of consultative software sales professionals to achieve ARR targets
• Manage and report on book of business, including revenue forecasting and pipeline
• Coach and develop Mid Market account executives to promote career growth
• Refine sales playbook and collaborate cross-functionally on sales processes

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years tech sales experience
• 2+ years people management experience coaching a sales team
• Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment
• Proven track record selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients
