💼 About This Role

You'll shape manufacturing design for Anduril's Missile division, ensuring production quality and scaling new products. You'll drive design for manufacturing from prototype to full-rate production at the new Arsenal-1 facility. This role includes a 3-month training program in Costa Mesa with provided housing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute manufacturing from prototyping through full-scale production.
• Drive design for manufacturing best practices with design engineers.
• Own documentation like MBOMs and work instructions for hardware.
• Analyze metrics for continuous improvement in cost and quality.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in engineering, math, or hard science.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or prototyping.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware (machining, soldering, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or transforming production operations.
• Hands-on experience with PCBA fabrication and SMT processes.
• Current active U.S. Secret security clearance.
