Description

As a CNA with BAYADA Home Health Care, you'll provide one-on-one personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home. You'll follow a registered nurse's plan of care, assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, and vital sign checks.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience
• Completed CNA training course and certification as Certified Nursing Assistant
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Commitment to providing quality care

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices
• Perform medication reminders and vital sign checks
