💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute visual campaigns as part of Marqeta's Content and Creative team. Your core impact will be creating visual systems and end-to-end campaign creative across channels. You'll also help scale design through design systems and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Creating visual systems that tell clear stories and leave an impression.
• Producing end-to-end creative for campaigns across channels and surfaces.
• Building wireframes and visuals for responsive web experiences.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define strategy and design presentations.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in brand design, in house or agency
• Proficient in Figma (brand libraries, variables, components)
• Excellent design principles: layout, hierarchy, typography, color theory
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail

• Motion design capabilities
• 3D capabilities
• B2B and in-house experience preferred
