💼 About This Role

You'll manage day-to-day ER casework across performance, conduct, and policy issues for a rapidly scaling global company. You'll ensure consistent application of people policies across Europe and the US, driving efficiency and compliance. This role offers the chance to shape employee relations in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-pilot with managers on ER case approach and each step of case management
• Own day-to-day casework including performance, probation, attendance, and policy queries
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate documentation for each case
• Provide data insights and highlight trends for early intervention

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in employee relations processes in Spain, UK, Boston, or Chicago
• Strong experience managing multiple ER cases, particularly performance and conduct cases
• Ability to organize, document, and track ER matters with accuracy
• Strong judgement and ability to follow structured case processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS company
• Knowledge of employment law in multiple European jurisdictions
• Familiarity with HR case management systems
