You'll own the full sales cycle for event sponsorships, focusing on Filevine's premier annual conference, LEX Summit and smaller owned events. You'll drive non-ticket revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing sponsorship opportunities to a base of over 2,000 legal professionals. This role is a hunter position that thrives on building relationships and articulating the value of the Filevine community.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for event sponsorships from lead generation to closing.
- Execute the exhibitor prospectus for LEX Summit, selling packages and branding.
- Proactively identify and recruit new sponsors across legal tech and service providers.
- Collaborate with Events and Partnerships teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are met.
๐ Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales focused on event sponsorships or exhibit sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence C-suite executives and marketing directors.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- Presentation tools skills with Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Event tech familiarity with platforms like Cvent or Bizzabo.
