You will lead the mobile engineering team, driving strategic and technical direction to evolve it into a mission-driven unit. Overseeing native iOS and Android development, you will cultivate a high-performing culture, ensure operational excellence, and align the mobile roadmap with business objectives.

Requirements

• 12+ years software engineering experience, 5+ years in people leadership
• Deep hands-on expertise in Native Mobile Development (iOS/Swift and Android/Kotlin)
• Prior experience in fast-paced e-commerce or consumer-facing digital environment
• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycles, RESTful APIs, and DevOps
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 2-3 Engineering Managers and a team of ~30 engineers
• Lead talent and succession planning
• Oversee mobile app execution from concept to deployment
• Implement performance frameworks to measure engineering health
• Drive technical vision for native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)
