You'll manage a portfolio of 4-7 HOA communities for the largest privately owned HOA management company in the West. Your focus will be on financial budgeting, capital improvement management, and ensuring high service levels. This hybrid role offers dedicated support from key departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of 4-7 homeowner associations
• Oversee financial budgeting and capital improvements
• Attend evening board meetings regularly
• Travel to properties across Greater Sacramento region

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience
• CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Strong knowledge of budgets, audits, and reserve studies
• Ability to commute within Greater Sacramento region
