💼 About This Role

You'll intern with the team building internal tools for Customer Support agents at a leading family fintech company. You'll drive feature lifecycles from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering and operations. This is a paid 8-week program with direct mentorship from a dedicated Product Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive feature lifecycles from concept to launch, including requirements gathering and design.
• Collaborate with engineering during grooming and development of features.
• Coordinate with product teams to understand features and define support requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in writing development stories and sprint planning.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Strong passion for technology and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
