You'll manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans for a national credit portfolio. Your work drives decision-making and optimizes asset value. You'll collaborate across investment, legal, and accounting teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily loan servicing for assigned CRE portfolio.
• Manage repurchase facilities and back leverage with investors.
• Assist with closing new originations and due diligence.
• Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with loan documents.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of commercial real estate credit experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

• Experience with loan servicing systems.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance.
• Background in private equity or investment firm.
