• Define technical vision and roadmap for Battle Management systems
• Lead Agile, multi-disciplinary teams of 5-50+ engineers
• Manage program execution, schedule, budget, and delivery
• Act as technical liaison with government customers

📋 Requirements

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Security Clearance
• 10+ years of experience leading technical teams in defense or aerospace
• Deep experience designing architectures for real-time distributed systems
• Domain knowledge in sensor fusion, mission planning, or electronic warfare

✨ Nice to Have

• Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance
• Master's or PhD in relevant discipline
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and event-driven systems
