💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the program team lead to manage a complex, cross-functional in vivo CAR T cell engineering program from preclinical through clinical development. Your work will directly impact the success of engineered cell therapies for patients. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Cambridge 3 days a week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a complex cross-functional in vivo CAR T program.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project timelines and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track milestones and resolve risks.
• Manage program development budget.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or engineering.
• 6+ years in pharma/life sciences including 3+ years direct project management.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and MS Timeline.
• Strong stakeholder management in matrix organizations.

✨ Nice to Have

• PM experience in Cell and Gene Therapy development.
• PMP certification.
• Global experience.
