🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive data strategy
• Hire, develop, and retain high-performing data team
• Champion A/B testing and experimentation culture
• Oversee end-to-end data pipeline design and maintenance
• Drive actionable insights for product, marketing, and operations

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years overall experience with 4+ years in data leadership
• Expertise in experimentation methodologies and A/B testing
• Proven ability to create data pipelines using Clickhouse and Bigquery
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data science
