💼 About This Role

You'll support the lead Project Manager during the final development and pre-launch phase of a NATO Repository project. Your core impact will be ensuring all technical, analytical, and governance elements are aligned for launch. This role offers direct involvement with NATO NCIA and coordination with international stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support lead PM in final development and pre-launch coordination
• Track timelines, deliverables, and risks pre-launch
• Assume full PM responsibility post-launch
• Prepare onboarding packages and organize webinars
• Liaise with data providers and internal stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Project management experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments
• Ability to coordinate with NATO and governmental agencies
• Experience with software development lifecycle
• Security clearance at NATO Secret level

• Experience with NATO or defense sector
• Knowledge of Pledge data portal or similar
• Familiarity with financial documentation and budget tracking
