You'll lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and BDRs, driving pipeline creation and revenue generation for LastPass's SMB segment. You'll coach sellers, manage team attainment, and partner cross-functionally to scale growth in a competitive cybersecurity market.
π― What You'll Do
- Coach AEs through complex deal cycles and BDRs on outbound motions
- Manage pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment
- Collaborate with Marketing on inbound lead conversion and Revenue Operations on territory whitespace
- Refine BDR-to-AE handoff process to maximize pipeline conversion
π Requirements
- Proven success managing quota-carrying Account Executives and BDRs in SaaS
- Strong coaching methodology including structured 1:1s and call reviews
- Fluency with Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience hiring and onboarding sales talent across multiple experience levels

- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales framework
