💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary TAM supporting EMEA enterprise life science accounts, ensuring successful adoption of the Benchling platform post-go-live. You'll build deep relationships with scientists and R&D leaders, proactively optimize their instance, and deliver sprint-based projects that enhance their research workflows. This role blends scientific acumen with project management to drive customer outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain deep customer relationships with scientists and IT leaders
• Act as main contact for Success Package delivery post-go-live
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer success
• Lead and execute projects including configuration and process documentation

📋 Requirements

• Active Benchling experience required
• BS/MS in life science field (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, etc.)
• Experience in a lab or research setting
• Skilled in project management tools (LucidChart, Smartsheets, Jira)

• Technical experience with SQL, API integration, Python
• Familiarity with GxP or validated environments
