You'll own the P&L and build Leland's AI Services business from scratch, closing clients and scaling delivery. You'll create service lines, pricing, and delivery models while managing a bench of AI-native operators. This is a net-new role with full ownership and meaningful equity upside.

📋 Requirements

• AI-native with strong technical foundation.
• Portfolio of complex AI builds (agents, automation workflows).
• High-agency owner who has owned a number and moved it.
• Experience building or running an AI services firm.
