You'll lead a driver team at a medical waste treatment facility, ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and team development. You'll manage daily pre-departure support, route monitoring, and compliance with DOT regulations. This role stands out for its mission to make healthcare safer through reusable containers and sustainable waste disposal.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide daily pre-departure support and lead safety meetings
• Monitor driver routing and productivity for adherence to service standards
• Maintain communication between plant operations, sales, and field service
• Conduct route debriefs and manage driver performance evaluations

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in transportation management or supervisory role
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and log books
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work weekends or flex hours as needed

✨ Nice to Have

• 24+ months of commercial driving experience
• Valid DOT medical certificate
• Experience in logistics or waste management
