You'll prospect and sign up new restaurateurs in your local Fort Wayne area using a consultative approach, partnering with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. By understanding each restaurant's unique needs, you'll develop customized solutions that help their business thrive. This is a field sales role with uncapped commission in a rapidly growing company.
π― What You'll Do
- Generate prospect lists and manage the full sales cycle from initial call to close
- Conduct demos and develop customized solutions for prospects
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets expectations
- Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities
π Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or a relatable field
- Reliable transportation for field visits (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to sell at all levels
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
