💼 About This Role

You'll own paid acquisition channels for EverAI, the world's largest AI companionship platform with 50M users. Your work will directly scale campaigns 3x+ while contributing to the growth to 100M users in 12 months. This role offers a chance to test new channels and work directly with the CMO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead one or two paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Run high-velocity testing loops on creatives, audiences, placements
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, and dashboards
• Own the creative briefing process and optimize landing pages

📋 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Managed $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
• Full ownership of campaign execution and optimization
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms

• Past exposure to subscription models and CAC/LTV frameworks
• Experience in sensitive verticals (dating, femtech, telehealth)
