Description

You will work at the intersection of deal desk operations and financial planning, supporting the quote-to-cash workflow in Salesforce and contributing to financial models and analysis that shape strategy. You'll ensure deals are structured correctly, compliant, and accurately tracked, while also taking on ad hoc modeling and analysis requests to inform decisions.

• Experience with deal desk or quote-to-cash operations
• Proficiency in Salesforce and financial modeling
• Ability to context-switch quickly across priorities
• Curiosity about AI tools and automation mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct deal reviews for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before close
• Manage quote-to-cash workflow in Salesforce including deal progression and renewals tracking
• Maintain approval audit trail and deal log for accurate pipeline reporting
• Partner with Sales Operations on Deal Desk process alignment and workflow design
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly financial reporting with variance analysis
