💼 About This Role

You'll be the face of Carvana, ensuring safety and security at our Chicago facility. You'll manage vehicle movement, conduct patrols, and de-escalate situations to protect associates and assets. This role is critical for a 24/7 inspection center with opportunities for growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle movement at entrance/exit gates
• Conduct routine patrols of facility and document concerns
• Assist with badge creation, CCTV review, and other requests
• De-escalate situations and support emergency response

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, and card access systems
• Experience supporting an OSHA program or safety team
• Experience with crisis prevention or response plans
