💼 About This Role

You'll drive sales growth for Deel's all-in-one payroll and HR platform, acquiring and managing mid-market clients in the CEE & Baltics region. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, developing a greenfield territory and exceeding revenue targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Grow and own a targeted account list
• Develop a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies
• Manage the customer buying journey end-to-end
• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets

📋 Requirements

• Located in CEE & Baltics region
• 5+ years sales experience with 1+ year in mid-market segment
• Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory
• Fluent in English and one Central and Eastern European language
