Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Expert-level Python proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system performance
• Proficient with Git and version control workflows

Responsibilities

• Design AV performance analysis pipelines to extract events and evaluate metrics
• Develop Python-based frameworks and AI tools for metrics calculation and visualization
• Collaborate with systems, software, AI, controls, simulation, and validation teams
• Ensure data quality and validation for performance evaluation
• Document metrics and analysis tools, share best practices
