You will architect regional growth strategies to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue in the Americas market, designing integrated campaigns and high-touch field experiences that bridge brand awareness to closed-won deals. You'll own budget ROI, partner with sales on territory planning, and report on full-funnel KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Field Marketing in B2B SaaS or high-growth technical environment
  • Deep funnel expertise including Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce and intent data platforms
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes initiatives and lead cross-functional teams
  • Comfort discussing data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Kafka, etc.) with technical audience
  • Based in Austin, TX, able to work hybrid
  • Exceptional communication skills to distill complex data for executive leadership
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution of high-touch, multi-channel regional campaigns
  • Design and scale high-value field experiences like executive dinners and technical workshops
  • Act as strategic consultant to regional Sales leadership for territory planning
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and Sales Enablement to optimize tech stack (Salesforce, Clay)
  • Manage a significant regional budget with full ROI accountability
  • Influence Product Marketing and Design for Americas-specific messaging
  • Track and report on KPIs including pipeline velocity, win rates, and contribution to Net New ARR
  • Monitor open-source and cloud infrastructure trends for competitive presence
