You will architect regional growth strategies to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue in the Americas market, designing integrated campaigns and high-touch field experiences that bridge brand awareness to closed-won deals. You'll own budget ROI, partner with sales on territory planning, and report on full-funnel KPIs.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Field Marketing in B2B SaaS or high-growth technical environment
- Deep funnel expertise including Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Advanced experience with Salesforce and intent data platforms
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes initiatives and lead cross-functional teams
- Comfort discussing data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Kafka, etc.) with technical audience
- Based in Austin, TX, able to work hybrid
- Exceptional communication skills to distill complex data for executive leadership
- Entrepreneurial self-starter mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution of high-touch, multi-channel regional campaigns
- Design and scale high-value field experiences like executive dinners and technical workshops
- Act as strategic consultant to regional Sales leadership for territory planning
- Partner with Marketing Ops and Sales Enablement to optimize tech stack (Salesforce, Clay)
- Manage a significant regional budget with full ROI accountability
- Influence Product Marketing and Design for Americas-specific messaging
- Track and report on KPIs including pipeline velocity, win rates, and contribution to Net New ARR
- Monitor open-source and cloud infrastructure trends for competitive presence
