💼 About This Role
You'll lead end-to-end execution of live events and experiential activations for Spotify's ANZ marketing team on a 9-month contract. You'll own the process from brief to wrap, working with agencies and internal teams to create real-world fan experiences. This role is based in Sydney with flexibility for hybrid work.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead live event execution from planning to on-site delivery and reconciliation
- Manage relationships with creative and production agencies
- Build and track production budgets and timelines
- Develop integrated media plans to amplify experiential activity
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across legal, creative, comms, music, data
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years experience in event, experiential, or integrated marketing
- Proven ownership of live events or activations from brief to build
- Experience building or contributing to media plans
- Highly organized with attention to detail in busy environments

- Familiarity with the artist booking process
- Experience with CRM tools
