🎯 What You'll Do

• Be a continuous positive force and create team morale
• Help interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates
• Develop team through feedback, check-ins, and goal setting
• Generate reports and present to upper management

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in a customer-facing team environment
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees
• Prior experience with strategic planning and process improvement
