💼 About This Role

You'll own the growth strategy for top mobile games at Voodoo, acting as the CMO and strategic counterpart to the General Manager. You'll drive aggressive scaling through performance marketing and non-paid levers, leveraging a team of 150+ experts. This role includes a 9-month to 1-year UA rotation before full ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own the growth strategy for leading mobile games.
• Execute paid UA and non-paid channels (partnerships, ASO, influencer marketing).
• Monitor market trends and identify emerging growth channels.
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate channel performance and guide decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree from top engineering or business school (Grande École).
• 3+ years in fast-paced analytical environments (consulting, banking, tech).
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Fluent in English.
