You'll serve as the strategic lead for commercetools' foundational platform, ecosystem enablers, and AI Hub. You'll bridge deep engineering concepts and compelling market storytelling to drive platform differentiation and AI evangelism. This role offers the chance to shape go-to-market strategy for composable commerce and AI innovations.
π― What You'll Do
- Refine platform positioning and messaging for AI Hub, Agent Gateway, and integrations
- Translate agentic commerce and LLM concepts into value propositions for technical and business audiences
- Amplify joint value propositions with partners like Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, and OpenAI
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape launch strategies for new platform capabilities
π Requirements
- Background in Engineering or Product Management with deep understanding of LLMs, agent orchestration, and API-driven architectures
- Ability to collaborate with engineers on technical constraints and turn data into compelling stories
- Experience in high-growth global organizations turning complex product launches into repeatable processes

- Hands-on experience with commerce platforms like SAP, Shopify
- Experience working with AI platforms or LLM-based products
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (GCP, AWS)
