- Hire, develop, and train a team of Support Engineers
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Manage metrics: CSAT, IR, SLA, TTR
- Uncover insights from support data for continuous improvement
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years supporting data platforms in enterprise environment
- 2+ years in people management role
- Proficient in SQL and data modeling concepts
- Strong domain expertise in databases and business intelligence
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience managing a team supporting a SaaS product
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Knowledge of GCP or AWS
