  • Hire, develop, and train a team of Support Engineers
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Manage metrics: CSAT, IR, SLA, TTR
  • Uncover insights from support data for continuous improvement

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting data platforms in enterprise environment
  • 2+ years in people management role
  • Proficient in SQL and data modeling concepts
  • Strong domain expertise in databases and business intelligence

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience managing a team supporting a SaaS product
  • Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
  • Knowledge of GCP or AWS
