You'll develop tailored engagement strategies for priority accounts and enable A&R teams to nurture long-term relationships. Your work directly empowers independent music creators to monetize their catalogs and grow their careers. You'll shape how the team scales relationship management across hundreds of accounts without losing the personal touch.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain tailored engagement strategies for each priority account.
- Manage touchpoint cadences to ensure consistent, well-timed engagement.
- Maintain HubSpot as the system of record for account statuses and cadence compliance.
- Run strategy sessions to pressure-test approaches and navigate stalled relationships.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-value sales or account management.
- Deep understanding of long-term relationship building with high-value accounts.
- Strong process and systems instincts with CRM and workflow automation tools.
- Excellent communicator able to articulate nuanced relationship strategies clearly.

- Experience in the music industry or with independent creators.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Background in coaching or thought leadership.
