💼 About This Role

You'll own the operational backbone of ANINE BING's EU wholesale business, managing order lifecycle and Key Account compliance. Your work will free commercial leadership to focus on growth while building infrastructure for direct-market transitions. This role shapes the next chapter of a global fashion brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full order lifecycle in NetSuite from confirmation through post-market updates
• Ensure 100% shipping compliance for top Key Accounts via portals and allocations
• Act as primary EU contact for 3PL warehouse and sales agents
• Produce weekly delivery reports and handle swaps, reorders, RMAs, and claims
• Build operational KPI dashboards to inform commercial decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years experience in wholesale Sales Administration or Order Management in fashion
• Fluent English and French
• Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred) and 3PL warehouse coordination
• Strong understanding of wholesale fashion commercial mechanics

• Experience in dual-HQ or transatlantic fashion organization
