Description
You will drive growth in existing accounts within a vertical such as Professional Services or Manufacturing + Distribution. You'll build long-term relationships, identify opportunities to improve clients' Microsoft ecosystems, and own renewals and incremental sales.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in account management with focus on SaaS or partner sales
- Experience managing mid-market businesses ($25M - $500M revenue)
- Deep understanding of ERP and CRM solutions in Professional Services or Manufacturing + Distribution
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own increases in client satisfaction within designated market vertical
- Stay abreast of client needs and proactively propose relevant offerings
- Craft and implement annual sales strategy to drive client spend increases
- Lead existing account sales process including discovery, solutioning, and closing deals
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients
