Description

You will drive growth in existing accounts within a vertical such as Professional Services or Manufacturing + Distribution. You'll build long-term relationships, identify opportunities to improve clients' Microsoft ecosystems, and own renewals and incremental sales.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in account management with focus on SaaS or partner sales
  • Experience managing mid-market businesses ($25M - $500M revenue)
  • Deep understanding of ERP and CRM solutions in Professional Services or Manufacturing + Distribution
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own increases in client satisfaction within designated market vertical
  • Stay abreast of client needs and proactively propose relevant offerings
  • Craft and implement annual sales strategy to drive client spend increases
  • Lead existing account sales process including discovery, solutioning, and closing deals
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients
