Description

You will support sales and procurement teams by drafting and negotiating technology transactions, including sales agreements, alliance agreements, and cloud infrastructure agreements. You'll conduct legal due diligence for international jurisdictions, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with internal policies, and provide practical legal advice to internal clients.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California
• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Quick learner of new technologies
• Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational skills
• Experience with a CLM tool and fast-paced technology company preferred

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate technology transactions (MSAs, DPAs, order forms, NDAs)
• Negotiate alliance agreements with third-party partners
• Handle cloud infrastructure agreements (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Conduct legal and regulatory due diligence in international jurisdictions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy compliance
